Bookings
Either contact Margaret Leake via E-Mail (margaret@ludlow-cottage-lets.co.uk) or telephone as below with your enquiries. You can use the on line booking form to pay for your holiday via credit card, or download the printable booking form to pay by cheque through the post.

Your provisional booking will remain firm for 7 days until confirmation is received. To confirm a booking a non refundable deposit of 20% is required. The balance shall be paid 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Payment in full is required to confirm the booking if the holiday is booked less than the 4 weeks from the start of the holiday.

Payments
Your payment by credit card can be taken on line with the secure booking form, or you can post a cheque made out to Margaret Leake to the address of :- Mrs. Margaret Leake, Countisbury, Livesey Road, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 1EZ.

Cancellation
A cancellation must be notified to the owner Mrs Margaret Leake either in writing to the above address or by email to :-margaret@ludlow-cottage-lets.co.uk The 20% deposit is non refundable. If, after a reminder, the balance is not paid by 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday the owner will deem the holiday cancelled, and if so the deposit will not be refunded, and the balance will not be payable. If the hirer cancels the holiday within 4 weeks of the arrival after paying the balance the owner will try to arrange an alternative week of the same value, if this is helpful. If a suitable alternative is not possible then every effort will be made to re-let the cancelled holiday for the hirer. If the cancelled holiday is re-let the amount paid for the re-let less the deposit paid by the hirer (held to cover ad-min) will be returned to the hirer. If the holiday can not be re-let then no monies can be returned to the hirer.

Holiday Insurance
It is so upsetting to have to cancel a holiday you have looked forward to, and even worse if it is possible that you could be still responsible for the full costs of that holiday, so do please make sure that you have holiday insurance cover.

Arrival and Departure
For full weeks both properties are from 3pm Friday to 10am Friday. Short breaks are the days as arranged at the tme of booking and from 3pm of the start date to 10am of the final date, this allows for preparation time.

Access
You will need to telephone as below at least 48 hours before arrival for the key arrangements. After you have settled in on arrival the owner will greet you and answer any enquiries you may have.

Cot and High Chair:- these are available on request at the time of booking.
Pond:- there is a child safe cover on the garden pond at Sunningdale, and no pond at Cariad Cottage.
Smoking:- is allowed at both properties.
Pets:-are allowed at Sunningdale by arrangement, no pets are allowed at Cariad Cottage.
Heating:- the cost of the gas central heating and electricity is included in the rental payment quoted.
Linen:- all bed linen and towels are provided free for your use on your holiday.
Games Room:- the games room at Sunningdale is free of all charges.
Car Parking:- there is free off road parking for 4 cars at Sunnindale, Livesey Road. Cariad Cottage, St. Stephens Close has an off road car space for one car in front of the house. The fence was removed and the garden brick paved to provide a pull on for one car.
Amenities:- the use of the amenities where offered, such as the gardens and grounds is entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any personal injury, or the loss or damage of the users or any visitors belongings. However we do not seek to exclude or limit liability for negligence.

Complaints Procedure If the hirer is not entirely satisfied with the accommodation they should contact Margaret Leake immediately on the telephone 01584 873418, who will attempt to resolve the problem as soon as possible
