Sunningdale is one of our self catering holiday cottages, it is ideal for full weeks family holidays or short stays. It has a kitchen, lounge/diner, sunroom, bathroom with shower over bath, a separate shower room, two toilets and three bedrooms. To the rear of the property there is a large enclosed garden with tables and chairs, a gas barbeque and access to a FREE games room.
This spacious self catering accommodation has a drive which is large enough for four vehicles. It is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre, which has supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. There is also a convenience store just 50 yards away.
The games room has a variety of FREE games and a large inclusive music collection
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, micro-wave oven, fridge and freezer.
In the main lounge we have a TV, DVD, VCR and a large selection of FREE DVDs to watch. There is also a double bed settee.
The dinning room has a large table that seats 6 people.
The snug is a cosy room to escape to and have a quiet read or watch TV.
Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, 1 TV and DVD player.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed, 1 TV and DVD player
Bedroom 3 has a single bed, 1 TV and Video player/recorder.
The secluded garden has a large patio area with plenty of seating and a gas barbeque
The summer house is at the end of the garden and is perfect to get away from it all.
